Dumont Technical Institute
, a division of the Gabriel Dumont Institute of Native Studies and Applied Research, invites applications for the following position:

Responsibilities
  • Implementation, coordination and administration of certificate and diploma programs (Continuing Care Assistant, Practical Nursing, Office Administration, Early Childhood Education and Mental Health & Wellness)
  • Plan, develop and implement Adult Education Programs (Essential Skills, ABE level 3 &
    4) along with trades training programs
  • Recruit and advertise for qualified students and instructors
  • Coordinate practicum placements
  • Prepare and oversee budgets, contracts and service agreements
  • Coordinate on-site student supports and respond to program related inquiries
  • Ensure program delivery supports and resources are in place including accurate completion and submission of student documentation
  • Represent DTI in meetings, prepare reports and program updates
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Education, or Social Science
  • 3–5 years experience in administration of post‑secondary education and skills training programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with Indigenous communities and organizations
  • Thorough knowledge of Métis culture and Indigenous education frameworks
  • Travel within Saskatchewan is a requirement
Remuneration

A Competitive Salary and Benefits Package

January 5, 2026 to January 1, 2027 (Possibility of extension)
