Dumont Technical Institute, a division of the Gabriel Dumont Institute of Native Studies and Applied Research, invites applications for the following position:
Competition Code: S
Responsibilities- Responsible for the Student Information System, including data management, program design, student billing and tuition, student marks, student communication, student admissions & awards, staff training, report composition, staff scheduling, supervision and performance.
- Work with the finance team to complete and distribute tax forms; liaise with other colleges and promote best practices.
- Strong time‑management, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of post‑secondary education and relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated competence in communication, leadership, and analytical skills, along with a strong attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of Metis history, culture and governance is an asset.
