Assist in upholding academic standards as an Invigilator at Okanagan College in Kelowna. This role ensures a secure and organized examination process while supporting students.

The Invigilator in the Continuing Studies and Corporate Training division is crucial for maintaining examination integrity through setup, monitoring, and assisting students. Successful candidates will possess clear communication skills and the ability to work independently, all while upholding strict examination policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain strict adherence to examination procedures

• Prepare and monitor exam venues for functionality

• Assist students and answer queries effectively

• Ensure orderly conduct and attendance in exams

• Collect and document all examination materials

Requirements:

• 1 year of preferred post-secondary education

• 1-2 years of related invigilation experience

• Clear writing and effective communication skills

• Ability to solve basic technical issues with equipment

• Strong commitment to confidentiality and material security
