Position: Job Coach Role STSC

The Job Coach at STSC plays a crucial role in the successful delivery of training programs aligned with strategic objectives. You will implement and facilitate courses while coaching participants on effective job search strategies. Your collaboration with industry employers will be vital for matching participants to opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and facilitate employment training courses for participants

• Participate in the development of relevant training programs

• Liaise with employers for participant job placements

• Maintain records, track outputs, and administrative duties

• Provide coaching and support to guide job seekers

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of project management techniques

• Background in providing employment support to diverse clients

• Experience in classroom instruction and engaging delivery

• Strong communication and collaborative skills

• Valid driver’s license and a clean criminal record check
