Transform dealership training at Stellantis as the After Sales Training Specialist. Deliver bilingual training programs for service and parts personnel in Canada.

In this vital role, you will support the design and delivery of Stellantis Performance Institute training programs tailored for dealerships and corporate staff. This position involves creating relevant curricula, collaborating with subject matter experts, and ensuring training aligns with business needs. You will also analyze dealer feedback and oversee aspects such as course enrollments and budget management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing training programs

• Design annual curricula based on business needs

• Analyze feedback to address training gaps

• Manage dealers' communications and certification tracking

• Develop bilingual training materials for effective delivery

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Business or a related area

• Fluency in English and French for communication

• Experience in program administration, preferably automotive

• Strong self-motivation and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and LMS platforms
