Established in 1976, the Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies (SIIT) is a First Nation governed post-secondary institution. Responsibilities- Deliver courses relating to Technical Support, Service Management (ITIL), Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), Security and Communications.
- Complete all course-required materials including attendance records and course evaluations.
- Use appropriate methods of evaluating and recording student progress within set time frames.
- Ensure a positive, diverse and inclusive work and learning workplace.
- Adhere to and promote academic regulations and SIIT policies and procedures.
- Maintain classroom and shop discipline and, if necessary, recommend action to applicable supervisor regarding student behavior, including formal student disciplinary action.
- Make recommendations to modify course objectives, course outlines, curriculum and evaluation procedures.

- A computing related degree or diploma from an accredited institution.
- An understanding of adult learning theories and principles is considered an asset.
- For success in this position a genuine commitment to help students learn and succeed is required.
- Prior experience in a technical support role would be preferred.
- Knowledge of First Nations cultures and organizations would be an asset.
