Position Summary
Southeast College is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the Main Instructor position for the Primary Care Paramedic program at the Weyburn campus. The program will run every 2nd weekend (Friday, Saturday & Sunday).
LocationWeyburn, Saskatchewan
Employment TermsContract, ASAP to June 30, 2026
CompensationPer SGEU Instructional Grid plus market stipend.
Responsibilities- Plan and facilitate the program, including providing tutorials, facilitating labs, scenario skill practice, small group sessions, and lectures, and evaluating the course/program and the results of the teaching process.
- Manage the learning workplace in alignment with policies and recognized adult learning protocols.
- Completion of an Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP) Program from an approved school.
- A minimum of two years of recent experience as an ACP.
- Licensed and in valuable standing with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics (SCoP).
- Current instructor level status with International Trauma Life Support (ITLS).
- Current instructor level status with Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Current provider level certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support (PALS).
