2026-27 Regular Session

Course Number, Section, and Name: JSGS Public Policy Analysis
Term and Course Dates: Fall 2026 – September 2 to December 7, 2026

Delivery Mode: This course will be offered in person.
Course

Schedule:

Saturdays, 9AM to 12PM CST
Expected Enrollment Limit: 30-35
Location: Saskatoon
Qualifications: Minimum of a Master’s degree in public administration, public policy, or a related discipline is required; a PhD degree is preferred. Familiarity with the is required. Experience working in the public sector is required. Previous teaching experience, particularly at the graduate level, would be considered an asset.

Wednesdays, 5PM - 8PM CST
Expected Enrollment Limit: 25-30
Location: Saskatoon
Qualifications: Minimum of a Master’s degree in economics, public policy, public administration, or a related discipline is required; a PhD degree is preferred. Work experience in the public sector is strongly preferred. Previous teaching experience would be considered an asset. Registration in the PhD in Public Policy program in the Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy at the University of Saskatchewan is required.

A valid driver’s license is required for any off-campus courses. Appointment periods include additional days in recognition of preparation and marking time required. Courses may be cancelled due to low enrolment.
