Kids and Youth Community Program Leader

Shape innovative community programs for children and youth with Bethany Community Church starting June 29, 2026. This role invites compassionate individuals aged 15-30 looking to make a difference.

As the Program Leader, you will oversee all aspects of weekly summer activities for kids and youth. Collaborating closely with the Pastor of Family Life, you will assess community needs through SWOT analysis and develop inclusive program initiatives. Your dedication will create environments where kids can thrive and feel safe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging summer programs

• Ensure compliance with Public Health best practices

• Manage volunteer teams for effective program delivery

• Track registrations and ensure follow-up care

• Assess program outcomes and gather feedback for improvements

Requirements:

• Age requirement: 15-30 years old

• Proven experience with youth and children programming

• Current vulnerable sector police background check

• Alignment with Bethany Community Church’s faith statements

• Passion for promoting community and inclusivity
