Location: North Battleford
Join the University of Regina as a Lab Instructor and immerse students in the world of interactive devices. Teach hands-on courses in robotics, wearable computers, and multimedia arts in person.
This position at the University of Regina involves instructing students on creating interactive devices through practical applications and unique projects. Classes are scheduled for Fridays in the fall semester, focusing on various technologies such as Arduino and software like Processing. Your teaching expertise will enable students to explore and innovate with technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate lab courses on multimedia interactive devices
• Teach about hardware and software relevant to projects
• Organize and manage classroom technologies
• Create a detailed syllabus and teaching plan
• Provide thoughtful assessments and feedback to students
Requirements:
• Master’s degree or PhD required, MFA preferred
• Teaching experience in similar multimedia courses
• Familiarity with university-level instruction
• Legal right to work in Canada
• Experience with classroom tech management
