The Program Coordinator role emphasizes managing the Gabriel Dumont Scholarship Foundation Trust and evaluating scholarship funds. You will collaborate across the GDI system to develop relevant scholarship opportunities. Monitoring applications and organizing the annual GDI Golf Tournament are essential responsibilities as well.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of the Gabriel Dumont Scholarship Foundation Trust
- Research and evaluate the GDI Scholarship Fund
- Collaborate for relevant scholarships for Métis students
- Advertise scholarship opportunities effectively
- Coordinate the annual GDI Golf Tournament
- Bachelor’s Degree required;
Bachelor of Education preferred - Experience in a related field is an asset
- Robust oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with scholarship processes and student awards
- Understanding of Métis culture in Saskatchewan
