Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accurate pension administration for Plan members
• Collaborate with leadership in service delivery planning
• Execute professional analytical tasks in pension services
• Maintain timely communication with members on inquiries
• Support a diverse work environment that values contributions
Requirements:
• Degree in economics or business administration
• Five years of related pension or benefits experience
• Strong customer service orientation
• Proficient with Excel and Word
• Effective leadership and communication skills
