Position Details Sessional Instructor positions are available for the 2026 Winter term. Courses are available in Sociology (SOC 232.3 Methods of Social Research) and French (FRE 103.3 Beginning French I and FRE 125.3 Intermediate French II).
Responsibilities Teaching courses
Marking assignments and examinations
Supervising the work of teaching assistants (if applicable)
Maintaining regular office hours
Qualifications
Education:
University Master's Degree;
Ph.D. in the discipline preferred; candidates with a Master's Degree and appropriate experience will be considered.
Demonstrated experience in the area of the course is expected.
St. Thomas More College recognizes seniority of sessional lecturers in accordance with its Collective Agreement (Article 5.1.10.8).
