Health and Safety Instructor

Position: Saskatchewan Polytechnic Health and Safety Instructor
Saskatchewan Polytechnic seeks a passionate Health and Safety instructor for an online contract. This role facilitates learning in the Occupational Health and Safety Certificate program.

Effective from July 2 to September 4, 2026, you will coach and evaluate students' performance in the fundamentals of industrial hygiene. Your responsibilities include designing courses, providing timely feedback, and managing a dynamic online education environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and teach online courses to students

• Evaluate student performance and offer timely feedback

• Create and document educational progress reports

• Design or update course materials as necessary

• Work closely with the Program Head for collaboration

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or a suitable education-experience mix

• Minimum two years of professional Occupational Health and Safety experience

• CRSP certification or the ability to earn within two years

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

• Familiar with internet-based teaching tools and software
