Lecturer – Immunology and Cell Metabolism; term

Position: Lecturer – Immunology and Cell Metabolism (5-year term)
The Department of Biochemistry, Microbiology and Immunology in the College of Medicine, University of Saskatchewan invites applicants for a full-time 5-year term Lecturer position in the areas of Immunology and Cell Metabolism with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2026.
The Department of Biochemistry, Microbiology and Immunology in partnership with the Department of Anatomy, Physiology, and Pharmacology offer a Biomedical Sciences undergraduate degree program that is co-administered by the Colleges of Medicine and Arts & Science.
The ideal candidate will have a PhD and sufficient knowledge to teach Immunology. The successful candidate will teach Introduction to Immunology and Advanced Immunology in the first year with additional courses in subsequent years such as, but not limited to, in-person and on-line sections of BMSC 230:
Metabolism, and hybrid delivery of MEDC 136:
Medical Immunology, which is part of the undergraduate medical education program. The candidate will contribute to departmental committees focused on undergraduate teaching.
