In this key associate role, you will bridge student and faculty needs by coordinating Simulation and Skills lab services designed for nursing education. Your responsibility will include updating the labs, ensuring operational excellence, and preparing clinical scenarios that stimulate critical thinking in nursing students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide liaison services for nursing curriculum labs
• Coordinate usage of Simulation lab for student application
• Update and maintain Science and Skills labs effectively
• Manage inventory and schedule necessary lab practice
• Prepare supplies for faculty-led lab sessions
Requirements:
• Two years of experience as a licensed nurse required
• Competence in developing clinical simulation scenarios
• Familiarity with nursing technology and equipment
• Capability to work independently with direction
• Current CPR certification required
