Position: Workplace Coach for Aviation Apprentices
Location: Martensville

Become an integral part of the Cascade Aerospace team as a Workplace Coach, guiding the next generation of aviation professionals. This role centers on mentorship and technical training to enhance apprentice skills.

In this position, you will work closely with apprentices across three aviation trades, developing their learning paths and providing necessary hard and soft skills training.

Your role will include continuous collaboration with production staff and supervisors to ensure apprentices receive unparalleled work experience and support, preparing them for a successful career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and deliver training sessions for aviation apprentices

• Create and revise course materials following regulatory standards

• Assist in coordinating apprentice duties and evaluations

• Conduct performance reviews and assist in KPI assessment

• Facilitate task assignments and monitor project progress

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of aviation maintenance experience

• Strong understanding of Transport Canada safety regulations

• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications

• Relevant teaching qualifications are preferred
