Discipleship Pastor at EBC

Position: Full-Time Discipleship Pastor at EBC
Join Ebenezer Baptist Church in Saskatoon, SK as a full-time Discipleship Pastor. Lead our discipleship initiatives, cultivate Life Groups, and spiritually equip our diverse community.

The Discipleship Pastor will emphasize discipleship in all church activities and oversee the development of Life Group ministries. This role requires a godly leader committed to training and equipping others in their faith journey. You will coordinate equipping seminars and provide pastoral support, while collaborating closely with a dedicated staff team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee church discipleship initiatives and strategies

• Recruit and train Life Group leaders effectively

• Facilitate the launch of new Life Groups

• Coordinate equipping seminars and community teachings

• Provide pastoral care, including weddings and funerals

Requirements:

• Proven spiritual aptitude and character of a biblical elder

• Bible school or seminary training preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience in discipleship and teaching

• Collaborative spirit with a servant heart
