Join Saskatchewan Polytechnic as an Instructor in the Simulation Learning Centre at the Saskatoon Campus. Engage in curriculum development and simulation delivery to prepare the next generation of healthcare providers.
This role involves leadership in the Simulation Centre, working closely with faculty to apply technology in learning scenarios and evaluate their effectiveness. You will need a solid nursing background, strong communication skills, and the ability to foster inter-professional learning opportunities for students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and support in simulation activities
• Collaborate with faculty to create simulation technologies and scenarios
• Evaluate and monitor student progress in simulations
• Assist in developing and revising scenario content
• Build relationships within the health education community
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Nursing;
Saskatchewan RN registration required
• At least two years of relevant Registered Nurse experience
• Effective communication and instructional skills
• Ability to utilize different educational technologies
• Experience in small group facilitation
