This role requires close collaboration with the Training Lead to manage and enhance training initiatives effectively. You will coordinate sessions for new employees, conduct needs assessments, and maintain high training standards that comply with regulations. Your expertise in maintaining accurate training records using an LMS will be fundamental to success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design training programs using the Systematic Approach to Training
• Conduct training sessions and orientations for employees
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop training solutions
• Maintain accurate training documentation and compliance records
• Participate in audits to assess training effectiveness
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent necessary
• Preferred Diploma or degree in relevant fields
• 5 years of training experience in industrial environments
• Familiar with adult learning principles and SAT
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and LMS platforms
