Undergraduate Program Coordinator

Based in Saskatoon, this position reports to the Program Manager, UGME, and supports the Undergraduate Medical Education (UGME) program. You will coordinate course builds, ensure consistent delivery across all campuses, and manage tutor recruitment processes. Your focus on accuracy and efficiency will directly impact the quality of medical education for MD learners throughout Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate course build and scheduling for multiple campuses

• Ensure accuracy in registration data and grade entry

• Develop and enhance tutor recruitment processes

• Maintain strong relationships with administrative teams and faculty

• Support curriculum management initiatives and data quality

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• 3-5 years in academic administration or coordination

• Experience with scheduling and registration systems

• Problem-solving and analytical skills

• Proficiency in institutional tools and software
