Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 9:30-10:20 AM and Monday – 1:30-4:20 PM
Expected Enrollment Limit: 28
Qualifications: Minimum of a degree in Nutrition or a related field relevant experience.
Course Information: The role of nutrition in the etiology, pathogenesis, and treatment of human disease, with particular attention to chronic diseases such as diabetes, obesity, and coronary heart disease. Principles underlying nutritional care will be emphasized.
