Special Education Teacher St. Mary–St. Cecilia

Become a Special Education Teacher at OECTA's St. Mary–St. Cecilia location in Morrisburg. This part-time position focuses on primary and junior education for students with special needs.

OECTA is seeking a qualified individual for a 0.50 FTE role in Special Education, effective September 1, 2026. The successful candidate will possess an Ontario College of Teacher’s Certificate and meet specific qualifications as mandated by Ministry regulations. The role supports an inclusive and equitable learning environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver primary and junior special education lessons

• Collaborate with educators to support student needs

• Implement specialized learning strategies and accommodations

• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff

• Participate in professional development and meetings

Requirements:

• Ontario College of Teacher’s Certificate required

• Relevant qualifications in specialized subjects as per regulations
