The opening for a Steamfitter-Pipefitter Instructor is ideal for professionals with significant field experience and an Interprovincial Journeyperson Certificate. In this role, you will design lessons that utilize adult learning principles, fostering an effective student-centered approach. You will also be responsible for creating and refining curriculum to better meet student needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver instruction in Steamfitter-Pipefitter programs for students
• Design a student-focused curriculum reflective of outcomes
• Prepare engaging lectures and demonstrations
• Innovate training materials to enhance program effectiveness
• Assess student learning and skill progression
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent education
• Must possess Interprovincial Journeyperson Certificate
• General Gasfitter License mandatory
• At least five years of relevant experience
• Understanding of adult educational methods
