Your effort will nurture both individual faith and collective spiritual growth within our congregation. Drive our mission of multi‑generational and multi‑ethnic discipleship  Responsibilities
Inspire and grow discipleship initiatives church‑wide
Recruit and mentor Life Group leaders regularly
Facilitate the launch of vibrant Life Groups
Organize training seminars for faith development
Act as a pastoral caregiver for community events
Requirements
Solid biblical character aligned with elder qualifications
Seminary education or relevant experience
Exceptional organizational and teaching skills
Proven ability to disciple and multiply leaders
Willingness to embrace a cooperative ministry approach
