Become a Piano Instructor at Saskatoon Academy of Music, where your passion for music can flourish. This position offers a blend of in-person and online teaching, starting September 2026.

The Saskatoon Academy seeks dedicated individuals with extensive piano backgrounds to join the teaching team. Candidates must possess formal credentials, with a preference for those available at least three days a week during evenings and Saturday mornings. While prior teaching experience isn’t required, it will be considered positively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality piano instruction in-person and online

• Tailor lessons to enhance student engagement

• Cultivate a nurturing learning atmosphere

• Support students in their musical journeys

• Communicate effectively with guardians regarding progress

Requirements:

• Strong piano expertise including credentials

• Previous experience working with children is advantageous

• Flexibility in scheduling is essential

• Highly self-motivated and dependable

• A vulnerable sector criminal record check is mandatory
