As an instructor, you will deliver lectures and lessons while addressing diverse learner needs.
Your role includes designing curriculum, providing detailed evaluations, and mentoring students in their career paths. Adapt teaching methods to incorporate technology and engage students effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach AET certificate and apprenticeship courses
• Develop curriculum and instructional materials
• Utilize digital platforms for content delivery
• Mentor students on career and industry expectations
• Assess and provide feedback on student performance
Requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
• Interprovincial Journeyperson Certification in AET
• Minimum two years recent AET experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with the Brightspace learning platform
