Position: Educational Assistant Role in Living Sky School
Location: North Battleford

Join the Living Sky School Division as an Educational Assistant at McKitrick Community School. Help shape young minds while actively supporting student learning and participation.

This full-time, temporary position runs from August 26, 2026, to June 30, 2027. You will work closely with teachers to support various core subjects and engage with students in both individual and small group settings. Successful candidates will demonstrate empathy, good communication skills, and an enthusiastic approach to fostering student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers on lesson plans

• Support various programs in the classroom

• Assist in managing student engagement during sessions

• Work independently with small student groups

• Facilitate enjoyable learning experiences for all students

Requirements:

• High school diploma with relevant childcare experience

• Certificate in Early Learning or equivalent is an asset

• Strong initiative and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for working in team settings
