The Terry Fox Foundation is seeking passionate individuals to serve as School Run Ambassadors. This role involves customizing presentations, coordinating with schools, and delivering high-energy assemblies that promote the legacy of Terry Fox. You will be responsible for travel, community engagement, and supporting the foundation’s mission in a fun, interactive setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customize and present PPTs to diverse student audiences
• Follow a daily presentation schedule using Google Calendar
• Communicate with School Run Organizers for event confirmations
• Attend in-person assemblies across multiple schools
• Manage expense reporting for travel costs
Requirements:
• Experience in delivering engaging presentations
• Competency in public speaking to children and teachers
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Calendar
• Strong multitasking skills in a team environment
• Familiarity with Terry Fox's story and a passion for research
