In this essential role, you will support the Growth team's mission to amplify the PACE model of care. Your responsibilities will include creating comprehensive training frameworks that ensure all team members are equipped to engage and convert potential participants. From developing self-service modules to on-site training, your efforts will be pivotal in generating successful enrollment outcomes for elderly care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training objectives for new hires

• Conduct ongoing competency assessments for O&E staff

• Facilitate immersive training sessions at local centers

• Support shadowing initiatives for effective learning

• Evaluate teams for consistency in quality and compliance

Requirements:

• 4+ years in outreach, enrollment, or training

• Experience in creating training resources

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

• Ability to work in a hybrid environment

• Proof of medical clearance and valid CA driver’s license
