We seek an Instructor for the Addictions, Community, and Mental Health Professionals program s role requires the implementation of curricula that fosters student engagement and success, using technology where appropriate. A focus on blending contemporary and Indigenous learning approaches is highly valued in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective lesson plans
• Utilize technology for enhanced instructional methods
• Maintain student evaluations and attendance documentation
• Support student progress and engagement across lessons
• Ensure academic standards and policies are met
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Understanding of adult learning principles preferred
• Prior teaching experience is an asset
• Ability to integrate Indigenous knowledge in teaching
• Insight into First Nations cultures is beneficial
