Director, Learning Design at Isaac

Isaac is in search of a strategic leader for Learning Design & Development to enhance our employee development processes. This is a unique build role where you will own the entire learning arc from design to implementation. Your expertise will transform how we develop our people, ensuring effective learning methods are at the core of our culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design a cohesive learning ecosystem that integrates various learning methods

• Oversee the development of Isaac's Leadership Academy for all levels

• Define manager expectations for effective development conversations

• Ensure technical training evolves alongside our sectors

• Partner with leaders to translate competencies into actionable learning

Requirements:

• Deep expertise in organizational learning design

• Formal training in learning science or instructional design

• Significant experience in leading L&D in a major organization

• Proven track record in developing impactful leadership programs

• Experience collaborating with senior business leaders
