Part-Time ESL Instructor

Enhance the lives of newcomers by becoming a part-time ESL Instructor at Global Gathering Place Inc. in Saskatoon. This position offers a chance to provide critical language support while engaging students through experiential learning.

As a Language Instructor, you will deliver tailored language classes that meet the Canadian Language Benchmarks standards. Candidates should hold a University Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of a CERTESL certificate or its equivalent, along with 1-2 years of teaching experience. Your responsibilities include designing lessons, tracking student progress, and collaborating with administrative personnel for seamless program execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach assigned language classes effectively

• Deliver instruction aligned with program requirements

• Develop comprehensive learning plans based on student goals

• Maintain records of attendance and student progress

• Collaborate on placements and address student issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree essential

• 1-2 years of teaching experience needed

• CERTESL certificate preferred

• Excellent organizational skills required

• Strong interpersonal communication ability
