Enhance adult education services as a Coordinator for Adult Basic Education in North Battleford, Saskatchewan. Focus on program development, strategic planning, and enrollment management to serve community needs.

As a vital member of the College's leadership team, you will report to the VP, Academic, and take charge of planning and delivering Basic Education initiatives within your assigned area.

Your role will ensure programs meet enrollment objectives while evaluating their effectiveness and community impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and budgeting of education programs

• Organize resources for effective program delivery

• Monitor and meet enrollment and retention goals

• Evaluate and improve program outcomes regularly

• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service offerings

Requirements:

• Experience in program coordination or management

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Proven ability to meet educational and enrollment goals

• Understanding of budgeting and financial oversight

• Knowledge of principles in adult education
