Maple Leaf HACCP Specialist Role

Elevate the learning experience at Maple Leaf Foods as a HACCP Specialist focused on Standard Work and production excellence. Collaborate with various plant functions to facilitate training and skill development.

As a critical member reporting to the Health & Safety Manager, you will conduct needs assessments and design learning content aimed at filling knowledge gaps among team members.

Your role will also involve managing training metrics, ensuring alignment with business needs, and promoting high-quality learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze training needs to devise effective learning solutions

• Create and maintain Standard Work Instructions and Job Qualifications

• Collaborate with experts to align content with business goals

• Implement train-the-trainer programs for staff

• Provide feedback on training impact and areas for improvement

Requirements:

• 2 years minimum in operations or training-related roles

• Preferred CTDP certification for development credibility

• Proficient with MS Office tools

• Experience using Alchemy tools a plus

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
