As an independent contractor, you will provide violin lessons at Long & McQuade's dedicated on-site Lesson Centre. We are seeking individuals with a music degree, Grade 8 RCM certification, or equivalent professional experience. Teaching experience is essential as you'll engage with students in both private and group settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach violin lessons to students of varying ages

• Develop lesson plans based on standard curriculum

• Evaluate and adapt teaching methods for effectiveness

• Foster a supportive learning environment

• Maintain communication with students and parents

Requirements:

• Music degree or diploma from an accredited institution

• Minimum Grade 8 RCM standing with Grade 2 Rudiments

• Previous teaching experience with diverse age groups

• Knowledge of standard teaching methodologies

• Availability on weeknights and weekends
