Lead student learning as a Teaching Assistant in Engineering Economics this Fall Term. Prepare lectures, conduct engaging lab demonstrations, and provide essential support for student success.
This position calls for graduate students who have a
B.Sc. in Engineering and experience in teaching economics topics. You will assist with the GE 348 course by preparing lectures on cost concepts, economic analysis, and assisting with exams.
Your role includes supervising field trips and providing one-on-one guidance to students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and assist in delivering lectures
• Supervise laboratory experiments for engineering concepts
• Provide student consultations and feedback
• Set up and lead field trips for practical application
• Conduct invigilation of assessments and exams
Requirements:
•
B.Sc. in Engineering or similar qualification
• Experience teaching engineering economics topics
• Registered graduate student status required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to maintain good academic standing
