Position: Lead Training and Development at Wellington-Altus
Join Wellington-Altus Financial in Winnipeg as a Lead Training and Development professional. This role emphasizes designing engaging training content to enhance advisor experience and operational effectiveness.

As a key member of the Training & Development team, you will oversee content design, digital learning resources, and team operations. Your hands-on approach will help improve training processes and deliver quality training solutions while managing direct reports. You'll also align resources with regulatory requirements and support strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop training resources and digital learning content

• Create engaging e-learning materials and video tutorials

• Coordinate content review, approvals, and publication

• Analyze processes to identify bottlenecks and support improvements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful training delivery

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Articulate 360 and Adobe In Design

• 2+ years in content development, preferably in finance

• Experience in instructional design and blended learning solutions

• Post-secondary education related to training or design

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
