Exam Invigilators play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of CPA examinations. They help ensure that exam rules, regulations, and security protocols are consistently upheld while providing support to exam writers and fellow exam contractors.
Invigilators are entrusted with secure and confidential exam materials and are responsible for maintaining the integrity of the examination process at all times. During exam administrations, they monitor exam rooms, assist candidates as required, and respond professionally to any issues that may arise.
Successful Invigilators are reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a fair, secure, and positive exam experience for all writers.
Reporting and Working RelationshipsDuring exam administrations, Invigilators report directly to the assigned Senior Invigilator or Exam Supervisor.
For all contract-related matters, including onboarding, scheduling, and administrative processes, Invigilators work closely with the Exam Contractor Management Team.
Time Commitment- Availability to work 7 to 12 hours per exam day, depending on the exam offering.
- September Common Final Examination (CFE): September 15 to 17
- September Module Examinations: September 23 to 24
- Exams are held throughout the year in alignment with the CPA PEP and CPA Preparatory Course exam schedules.
- Invigilators are contracted separately for each exam administration.
- Compensation: $29.00 per hour.
