Location: North Battleford
North West College seeks a skilled educator for ECS 101 – Education for Justice for Winter 2027. Help shape the future of education by teaching foundational principles in justice and schooling.
This role supports the University of Regina's Bachelor of Education Program, focusing on ethical relationality and teacher professionalism. Applicants should ideally possess a Master of Education degree and comprehensive experience within the education system. University-level teaching is preferred to enrich student learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate student-centered learning about teaching principles
• Engage with students in critical examination of justice issues
• Monitor and assess student progress effectively
• Integrate current educational trends into course content
• Collaborate with faculty to support educational outcomes
Requirements:
• Preferred Master of Education degree
• Background in relevant educational fields
• Familiarity with Saskatchewan curriculum standards
• Experience teaching at the university level
• Ability to teach in-person in North Battleford
