Living Sky School Division's 28 schools are located in 19 communities. Our schools include PreK-12, elementary, high schools, and alternate schools with a student population of over 5,000 students. Bready Elementary School

Bready Elementary School is a collaborative learning community that strives for excellence with our students in Kindergarten to grade 6. We have a strong team who set high expectations so that all students can live and learn in a safe and caring environment. We are looking for an individual who is motivated to build strong relationships with students, staff and families and will continue to provide responsive and engaging instruction to a diverse community of learners.

The position just happens to be a teacher who is an elementary specialist.

This posting is for Casual Educational Assistants at Bready Elementary School, commencing immediately. Educational Assistants are an important part of the school team and promote engagement, participation and success of students. The successful applicant will support core subject areas in both small groups and in the classroom.

• Minimum Grade 12 education with at least one (1) year relevant childcare experience
• Post-secondary certificate from a recognized institution in Early Learning & Childcare, Youth Care Worker or equivalent program would be considered an asset

• genuinely appreciate working with children and demonstrate patience, show empathy, and help make learning fun;
• possess strong planning and organizational skills while showing initiative;
• have excellent communication skills and a willingness to work independently
• be positive, enthusiastic and thrive in a team environment.
