Senior App Store Specialist; ASO & Ads

Own how our apps are found and chosen on the App Store and Google Play: keywords, listings, screenshots and experiments, plus our paid campaigns on Apple Search Ads and Google Ads.

• Research keywords and write titles, subtitles, descriptions and keyword fields for both stores.
• Plan and run store experiments:
  Product Page Optimization and Custom Product Pages on the App Store, store listing experiments on Google Play.
• Brief and review screenshots, app previews and icons with design and engineering.
• Manage Apple Search Ads and Google Ads app campaigns: structure, keywords, bids, budgets and negative keywords.
• Measure what changed (rankings, conversion rate, cost per install, revenue) and report it clearly.
• Keep every listing and ad within Apple's and Google's policies.

• 5+ years in app store optimization or mobile user acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
• Apple Search Ads and Google Ads app campaigns you've managed with real budgets.
• Strong analytical skills and honest reporting: you say what worked and what didn't.
• Excellent writing: short, clear copy that persuades without over promising.

• Writing store listings in French.
• Education or utility apps.
• SQL or spreadsheet modelling for cohorts and payback.

CA $160,000 – CA $190,000 base salary per year
