This role requires expertise in operating turbines and boilers while adhering to strict safety protocols. With a Second Class Power Engineer’s Certificate, you’ll monitor plant systems, respond to emergencies, and maintain thorough operational documentation. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you coordinate with different teams during your shifts in this 24/7 role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure optimal operation of turbines and generators

• Monitor performance parameters for operational compliance

• Implement corrective actions during equipment failures

• Keep detailed logs and reports of plant activities

• Support ongoing training and maintenance efforts

Requirements:

• Must have a Second Class Power Engineer’s Certificate

• Experience in power generation or similar fields

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license

• Physical capability to perform job duties

• Strong decision-making and teamwork skills
