Position: City Water Operator
Shape the future of water safety as a Water System Operator for the City of Saskatoon. Focus on essential operations and inspections crucial for maintaining reliable water supply.

This role, under Supervisor VI (Water Operations), demands proficiency in operating and maintaining the water distribution system. Engage in customer service by addressing questions on water pressure and quality, while overseeing vital system components to mitigate issues swiftly. You will play a significant role in ensuring the integrity of our water systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and troubleshoot water distribution components

• Inspect essential system parts including service connections

• Perform water quality field sampling and evaluations

• Address and resolve water-related customer inquiries

• Maintain comprehensive records of inspections and activities

Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• Minimum three years related experience

• Level 2 Water Distribution Operator Certification

• Current Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's Licence

• Satisfactory Criminal Record Check is mandatory
