In this full-time role, you will work in a supportive environment focused on customer satisfaction and engineering excellence. Your responsibilities will involve creating electrical schematics, programming embedded systems, and ensuring compliance with established standards. Collaboration is vital as you coordinate with Production and Quality teams to enhance the vehicle's functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design robust electrical schematics and wire harnesses

• Integrate 12 VDC and 120/240

VAC systems safely

• Streamline production with standardized electrical components

• Program and support vehicle electrical functionalities

• Drive improvements through structured feedback from teams

Requirements:

• Knowledge of electrical design in a manufacturing context

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and testing

• Ability to implement Lean improvements in processes

• Proficient in technical documentation and change management

• Strong analytical skills for performance metrics
