What You'll Do:
Provide electrical technical support to the Mine Maintenance Department.Assist with maintenance planning related to VFD, PLC and networking equipment.Assist underground maintenance to identify and resolve electrical problems.Ensure continuity of operations and safety on all projects.Work closely with Maintenance, Engineering and Operations Departments to develop and advance maintenance workflow activities.What You'll Bring:
Engineering Technology diploma, Journeyperson certificate, or diploma in a related field.3+ years of experience operating in a plant engineering or maintenance environment.Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Human Machine Interface (HMI) experience is an asset.Familiarity with the Construction Codes and Practices in common usage.Safety Commitment.Ability to handle a large and varied workload.Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task.Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning & problem-solving skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office and experience with EAM software systems.Ready to make an impact with us?
