As a Clinical Engineer in the Surgical Section, you will ensure the proper lifecycle management of cutting-edge medical equipment. This permanent role involves scheduled maintenance, quality assurance, and safety testing. You will work on-site with a diverse range of advanced medical devices, gaining extensive experience in fault diagnosis and decommissioning procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commission new medical devices and ensure safe installation

• Perform scheduled maintenance and quality assurance testing

• Diagnose faults on a variety of medical equipment

• Decommission equipment per standard procedures

• Conduct electrical safety testing and inspections

Requirements:

• Engineering or Technology knowledge at SCQF Level 9

• Post-graduate experience with medical devices

• Experience in servicing and repairing medical devices

• Understanding of clinical and engineering principles

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
