As an HS&E Coordinator, you'll ensure compliance with safety protocols while developing Job Hazard Analysis documents for Utilities projects. You'll work closely with field supervisors, monitor environmental hazards, and conduct safety orientations for new employees. Your problem-solving skills and expertise will ensure our HS&E standards are upheld effectively and innovatively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct field inspections and meet with supervisors
• Monitor supply of safety equipment and environmental hazards
• Provide HS&E support and training to employees
• Collaborate with the HS&E manager on procedures and regulations
• Assist in incident investigations and corrective action plans
Requirements:
• 3+ years in construction or utilities safety role
• Diploma in occupational health and safety
• CRSP, CSO, or NCSO designation preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Valid driver's license and clear abstract
