Senior Hydrogeology Technical Lead

Location: Martensville

Lead hydrogeological projects as a Senior Physical Hydrogeologist, focusing on impact assessments and mentoring. Drive effective groundwater solutions while collaborating closely with clients.

This senior-level position involves managing impactful hydrogeological studies and contributing to high-quality project deliverables. You will guide a team in assessing groundwater conditions, conducting environmental assessments, and developing strategic groundwater models. Your technical expertise will be essential in executing assessments in challenging environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scope and conduct hydrogeological environmental studies

• Develop project proposals and risk assessments

• Implement groundwater monitoring and investigations

• Mentor and train junior hydro geologists

• Lead technical reviews of project deliverables

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Earth Sciences or similar

• 18+ years of direct experience in hydrogeology

• Strong understanding of environmental regulations

• Proven experience in water source assessments

• Clean Class 5 Driver’s license required
