As a Structural Engineer in Hatch's Project Delivery Group, your role will involve a range of responsibilities, including structural design for mining projects and oversight of junior engineers. With over 7 years of experience in project engineering, you will apply your expertise in both large and small projects, ensuring the application of safety and integrity principles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with project scope, cost, and schedule management
• Promote adherence to relevant engineering standards
• Prepare engineering calculations and technical reports
• Review technical work of team members for quality assurance
• Participate in design reviews and project status reporting
Requirements:
• Degree in civil or structural engineering
• 7+ years of relevant engineering experience
• Proficiency in Staad Pro and familiarity with design software
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong planning and organizational skills
